Exchange & Return Policy
In the situation that the product has a manufacturer defect after the delivery or you received a wrong item, please let us know straight away through our customer service team. Please assist us and provide as many details including the photos as possible about the order and the problem with the product. Our team will get in touch as soon as we can to rectify the issue with you.
Cancellation of Order
We adopt a strict no cancellation policy after product is delivered. There will be a 10% or maximum S$30 warehousing restocking charges involved for every cancellation request. We will access the request base on case basis. You can still cancel the order before shipping.
